Purohit Baba™ provides various spiritual and consultation‑based services through the Platform, including but not limited to Astrology Consultations, Numerology Consultations, Vastu Consultations, Personalized Reports, Kundli Services, Gemstone Recommendations, Horoscope Analysis and other related advisory services (collectively referred to as the "Consultation Services").
The Consultation Services are provided either directly by the Company or through independent astrologers, numerologists, consultants and other service providers associated with the Platform.

Purohit Baba™ facilitates the booking of various religious ceremonies, rituals and spiritual services through its Platform, including but not limited to Home Poojas, Temple Poojas, Jaap, Havan, Homam, Anushthan, Religious Ceremonies, Festival Poojas and other allied spiritual services (collectively referred to as the "Pooja Services").
The Platform may arrange such services directly or through independent Pandits, priests, religious scholars, temples, spiritual organizations and other third‑party service providers associated with the Platform.
By booking any Pooja Service through the Platform, the User acknowledges and agrees that:
The Company shall make reasonable efforts to arrange the requested Pooja Services in accordance with the booking details. However, the Company does not guarantee:
The User expressly acknowledges that religious rituals, customs and methods of performing Poojas may vary depending upon:
Accordingly, minor variations in rituals, procedures, mantras, customs, materials or methods of conducting the Pooja shall not be considered a deficiency of service or grounds for cancellation, refund or legal claim.
The Company and the concerned Pandit or service provider may require the User to:
Where the Pooja is to be conducted at the User's premises, the User shall be solely responsible for obtaining any permissions, access rights or approvals necessary for the conduct of the ceremony.
The Company reserves the right to reschedule, postpone or cancel any Pooja Service in the event of:
The User further acknowledges and agrees that all Pooja Services are spiritual and religious services rendered in good faith and are intended solely for devotional and religious purposes. Purohit Baba™ offers for sale various spiritual, religious and devotional products through the Platform, including but not limited to Gemstones, Rudraksha, Bracelets, Yantras, Vastu Products, Pooja Samagri, Idols, Brass Statues, Stone Statues, Spiritual Accessories and other related products (collectively referred to as the "Spiritual Products").
The User acknowledges and agrees that Spiritual Products offered through the Platform are intended solely for devotional, religious, spiritual, decorative and informational purposes and shall not be construed as medical devices, investment products, scientific instruments or guaranteed remedies for any physical, financial, emotional or personal condition.
Certain products, including but not limited to Gemstones, Rudraksha, Yantras and spiritual remedies, may be recommended on the basis of astrological interpretations, numerological calculations, traditional beliefs or individual consultations. Such recommendations are provided in good faith and do not constitute a guarantee, representation or warranty regarding any specific outcome or benefit.

The User expressly acknowledges and agrees that these products are primarily handcrafted, artisanal and natural in nature and, accordingly, may contain inherent variations and characteristics that distinguish each item from another.
The Company makes reasonable efforts to accurately display the products available on the Platform. However, the User acknowledges and agrees that:

All content, materials and intellectual property available on or through the Platform, including but not limited to the name "Purohit Baba™", logos, trademarks, service marks, trade names, domain names, software, source code, text, graphics, images, videos, audio, reports, articles, blogs, product descriptions, designs, layouts, databases, icons, user interfaces and all other proprietary materials (collectively referred to as the "Intellectual Property") are owned by, licensed to, or lawfully used by Purohit Baba™ and are protected under applicable intellectual property laws, including but not limited to the Copyright Act, 1957, the Trade Marks Act, 1999, and other applicable laws of India and international intellectual property laws.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, the aggregate and cumulative liability of Purohit Baba™, whether arising in contract, tort (including negligence), strict liability, statutory liability or otherwise, shall in no event exceed the amount actually paid by the User to the Company for the specific product or service giving rise to the claim during the six (6) months immediately preceding the event giving rise to such claim.
The User agrees that no action, claim or proceeding arising out of or relating to the use of the Platform, products or services may be brought against the Company after the expiry of one (1) year from the date on which the cause of action arose, to the extent permitted under applicable law.
Nothing contained in these Terms and Conditions shall exclude or limit any liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.
By using the Platform, the User expressly agrees that the limitations of liability contained in this Clause are fair, reasonable and form an essential basis of the agreement between the User and Purohit Baba™.

Purohit Baba™ reserves the absolute right, at its sole discretion and without prior notice, to suspend, restrict, deactivate or terminate a User's account, access to the Platform or any products and services offered through the Platform, either temporarily or permanently, if it reasonably believes that such action is necessary for legal, operational, security or business reasons.
Without limitation, the Company may suspend or terminate a User's account under any of the following circumstances:

The provisions of these Terms which by their nature are intended to survive suspension, termination or expiration of the User's account, including but not limited to provisions relating to intellectual property, limitation of liability, indemnification, dispute resolution and governing law, shall survive such suspension or termination.

These Terms and Conditions, the use of the Platform and all transactions, products and services provided through Purohit Baba™ shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of India, without regard to any principles relating to conflict of laws.
Any dispute, claim, controversy or difference arising out of or in connection with:
The parties shall endeavor to resolve any dispute amicably and in good faith through discussions and negotiations before initiating any formal legal proceedings.

By accessing or using the Platform, the User irrevocably agrees to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts situated at Nawada, Bihar, India, and waives any objection based on venue, forum convenience or similar grounds to the extent permitted under applicable law.
