Effective Date: 06 JUL 2026 | Last Updated: 06 JUL 2026

1. Nature of Products and Services

Purohit Baba™ is an online platform that provides spiritual, religious and informational products and services, including but not limited to astrology consultations, numerology consultations, Vastu consultations, personalized reports, Pooja booking services, and the sale of spiritual products such as Rudraksha, Gemstones, Yantras, Bracelets, Idols, Pooja Samagri and other related items.

Certain products and services offered on the Website are personalized, customized, spiritually energized, digital or time‑sensitive in nature. Accordingly, such products and services may be subject to special cancellation, return and refund conditions as set forth in this Policy.

The customer acknowledges and agrees that spiritual services, astrological guidance, numerological consultations, gemstone recommendations and similar services are based upon traditional beliefs, interpretations and individual expertise. Therefore, the nature of these services may differ from standard commercial products and are governed by the terms and conditions contained herein.

By placing an order, booking a service or purchasing any product through the Website, the customer expressly acknowledges the nature of such products and services and agrees to be bound by this Return, Refund & Cancellation Policy.

2. Cancellation of Orders for Physical Products

A customer may request cancellation of an order for a physical product only before the order has been processed for dispatch, packed for shipment, or handed over to the courier or logistics partner.

Once an order has been dispatched, shipped, or is marked as "Out for Delivery," the order shall not be eligible for cancellation. The customer may, however, be entitled to seek a return or replacement only in accordance with the terms of this Policy, if applicable.

The Company reserves the right to accept or reject any cancellation request depending upon the stage of processing of the order, the nature of the product, and the operational expenses already incurred in relation to such order.

In the event a cancellation request is accepted, the Company may deduct any applicable payment gateway charges, administrative charges, packaging charges, or other reasonable expenses incurred in processing the order, to the extent permitted under applicable law.

The Company further reserves the right to cancel any order, either wholly or partially, at its sole discretion, including but not limited to the following circumstances:

  • The product is unavailable or out of stock;
  • There is an error in pricing, product description, or inventory information;
  • The order is suspected to be fraudulent, unauthorized, or in violation of the Company's Terms & Conditions;
  • The customer has provided incomplete, inaccurate, or misleading information;
  • The Company is unable to deliver the product due to operational, legal, or logistical constraints.

Where an order is cancelled by the Company after payment has been successfully received, the amount actually received by the Company for such order shall be refunded to the original mode of payment within a reasonable period in accordance with applicable laws and banking timelines.

3. Return of Physical Products

Purohit Baba™ strives to ensure that all products delivered to customers are genuine, properly packaged, and in good condition. However, in exceptional circumstances, the Company may permit the return of certain physical products in accordance with the terms set forth below.

A return request shall be accepted only under the following circumstances:

  • The customer has received an incorrect product that is materially different from the item ordered;
  • The product delivered is physically damaged during transit;
  • The product received is defective at the time of delivery;
  • The product delivered is incomplete or missing essential components.

To initiate a return request, the customer must notify the Company within seven (7) calendar days from the date of delivery by contacting the Company's customer support channels and providing the following information:

  • Order Number or Transaction ID;
  • Name and contact details of the customer;
  • Clear photographs and/or an unedited video of the product and its packaging;
  • A detailed description of the defect, damage, or discrepancy.

The Company reserves the right to request additional information, documents, photographs, or evidence as may be reasonably necessary for verification of the claim.

The returned product must satisfy all of the following conditions:

  • The product must be unused, unaltered and in its original condition;
  • The product must be returned in its original packaging, along with all accessories, certificates, invoices, labels, tags, and complimentary items, if any;
  • The product must not show any signs of wear, damage, tampering, misuse, or improper handling by the customer.

Upon receipt of the returned product, the Company shall inspect and verify the condition of the product. The acceptance or rejection of the return request shall be determined solely by the Company after such inspection.

If the return request is approved, the Company may, at its sole discretion:

  • Replace the product with an identical or equivalent product;
  • Provide a refund in accordance with this Policy; or
  • Issue store credit or any other remedy deemed appropriate by the Company.

The Company reserves the right to reject any return request in the following circumstances:

  • The return request is made beyond the prescribed time period;
  • The product has been used, altered, damaged, or tampered with after delivery;
  • The customer fails to provide sufficient evidence supporting the claim;
  • The product falls within the category of non‑returnable or non‑refundable items under this Policy;
  • The Company reasonably believes that the claim is fraudulent, abusive, or made in bad faith.

The decision of the Company regarding the eligibility of any return, replacement, or refund request shall be final and binding, subject to the rights available to the customer under applicable consumer protection laws.

4. Non‑Returnable and Non‑Refundable Products

In view of the nature of certain products offered on the Website, including spiritual, religious, customized, personalized, hygiene‑sensitive and digitally delivered products, certain categories of products shall be strictly non‑returnable and non‑refundable except where an incorrect product or a physically damaged product has been delivered due to an error attributable to the Company.

The following products shall ordinarily be treated as non‑returnable and non‑refundable:

  • Energized or activated Gemstones;
  • Gemstone recommendations and customized gemstone combinations;
  • Rudraksha and energized Rudraksha products;
  • Yantras, spiritual remedies and energized products;
  • Customized or made‑to‑order products;

  • Products specially procured or manufactured upon customer request;
  • Products whose packaging, seal, certification or authenticity tag has been removed, tampered with or damaged by the customer;
  • Any product that, due to its nature, cannot reasonably be returned after delivery.

The customer expressly acknowledges that spiritual and religious products, including but not limited to Gemstones, Rudraksha, Yantras and energized products, may be recommended or purchased based upon personal beliefs, astrological interpretations and individual preferences. Accordingly, no return, exchange or refund shall be granted merely because:

  • The customer did not achieve the expected results or benefits;
  • The customer changed his or her mind after placing the order;
  • The customer no longer wishes to use the product;
  • The customer disagrees with the recommendation or suitability of the product;
  • The customer has purchased the wrong product by mistake.

The Company shall not be responsible for any expectations, experiences or outcomes associated with the use of spiritual products and does not guarantee any specific result, benefit or effect arising from the use of such products.

Notwithstanding anything contained herein, if the customer receives a product that is materially different from the item ordered or receives a product that has been physically damaged during transit due to reasons attributable to the Company, the customer may submit a claim in accordance with the Return Policy, subject to verification and approval by the Company.

5. Astrology, Numerology and Consultation Services

Purohit Baba™ provides various spiritual, astrological and consultation‑based services, including but not limited to Astrology Consultations, Numerology Consultations, Vastu Consultations, Gemstone Recommendations, Personalized Reports, Kundli Services, Digital Reports and other advisory services (collectively referred to as the "Consultation Services").

The customer expressly acknowledges and agrees that these Consultation Services are personalized in nature and are rendered on the basis of the information, data, birth details and other particulars provided by the customer. Such services involve professional time, expertise, interpretation and analysis and therefore become incapable of being returned once the service has been initiated, assigned or delivered.

Accordingly, all fees, charges and payments made towards any Consultation Service shall be strictly non‑cancellable and non‑refundable once:

  • the booking has been confirmed;
  • the consultation request has been assigned to an astrologer, consultant or expert;
  • the consultation session has commenced;
  • the report preparation process has started;
  • the report, recommendation or consultation has been delivered in whole or in part.

No refund, compensation or chargeback shall be granted merely on the grounds that:

  • the customer is dissatisfied with the advice, guidance, prediction or recommendation provided;
  • the customer disagrees with the interpretation or opinion of the consultant;
  • the customer did not obtain the desired, expected or anticipated result;
  • the customer changes his or her mind after booking the service;
  • the customer no longer wishes to avail the service;
  • the customer has booked the wrong service by mistake;
  • the customer failed to attend, respond to or participate in the consultation session at the scheduled time.

The customer further acknowledges that Astrology, Numerology, Vastu and other spiritual consultations are based upon traditional beliefs, interpretations, experience and individual expertise. The outcome, effectiveness and applicability of such services may vary from person to person and cannot be guaranteed.

Purohit Baba™ does not warrant, represent or guarantee:

  • any specific result, outcome or benefit;
  • improvement in health, finances, relationships, career or any other aspect of life;
  • accuracy or certainty of predictions or recommendations;
  • that the services will meet the personal expectations of the customer.

In the event that the Company is unable to provide the booked Consultation Service due to technical failure, non‑availability of the assigned consultant, operational difficulties or any reason solely attributable to the Company, the Company may, at its sole discretion:

  • reschedule the consultation;
  • provide store credit or wallet credit; or
  • process a full or partial refund, as deemed appropriate.

Any refund granted under this Clause shall be entirely at the sole discretion of the Company and shall not be construed as an admission of liability or an acknowledgment that the customer is otherwise entitled to a refund.

The services offered through the Website are intended solely for spiritual, informational and guidance purposes and shall not be construed as medical, legal, financial, psychological or professional advice of any kind. Customers are advised to exercise their independent judgment and seek professional assistance wherever necessary.

6. Pooja Booking Cancellation Policy

Purohit Baba™ provides online and offline Pooja booking services through its platform by facilitating the arrangement of Pandits, religious ceremonies, rituals, and associated spiritual services. Due to the time‑sensitive and customized nature of such services, all Pooja bookings are subject to the cancellation terms set forth below.

A customer may submit a cancellation request only before the commencement of preparations for the scheduled Pooja. Preparations may include, without limitation:

  • Assignment or confirmation of a Pandit;
  • Scheduling and reservation of time slots;
  • Procurement of Pooja Samagri or other materials;
  • Coordination with third‑party vendors or service providers;
  • Travel arrangements or logistical planning;
  • Any other preparatory activities undertaken for the execution of the Pooja.

Once any of the above activities have commenced, the Company reserves the right to deduct reasonable administrative charges, platform fees, coordination charges, service charges, and any actual expenses incurred in connection with the booking.

No refund shall be granted in the following circumstances:

  • The Pooja has already commenced or has been substantially performed;
  • A Pandit has been assigned and preparations for the Pooja have already been initiated;
  • The customer fails to attend or participate in the scheduled Pooja;
  • The customer requests cancellation at the last moment after significant arrangements have been completed;
  • The customer provides incorrect information, address, date, time, or other details that result in the inability to perform the service;
  • The customer refuses to cooperate with reasonable arrangements necessary for conducting the Pooja.

In the event that the customer wishes to reschedule the Pooja, the Company may permit such rescheduling, subject to:

  • Availability of the concerned Pandit or service provider;
  • Availability of the requested date and time;
  • Payment of additional charges, if any;
  • Submission of the rescheduling request within the timelines prescribed by the Company.

If the Company is unable to conduct the scheduled Pooja due to reasons solely attributable to the Company, including non‑availability of the assigned Pandit, operational difficulties, or internal errors, the Company may, at its sole discretion:

  • Arrange an alternative Pandit;
  • Reschedule the Pooja to a mutually convenient date and time; or
  • Process a full or partial refund, as deemed appropriate.

The Company shall not be liable for any delay, cancellation, rescheduling, interruption, or non‑performance of the Pooja arising from circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, acts of God, governmental restrictions, public emergencies, strikes, transportation disruptions, internet failures, pandemics, political disturbances, or any other force majeure event.

All decisions relating to cancellation charges, rescheduling requests, refunds, or alternative arrangements shall be made by the Company in good faith and shall be final and binding, subject to the rights available to customers under applicable law.

7. Refund Processing

Where a refund request has been approved by Purohit Baba™, the refund shall ordinarily be processed through the original mode of payment used by the customer at the time of placing the order, unless otherwise determined by the Company or required under applicable law.

The Company shall make reasonable efforts to process approved refunds within seven (7) to ten (10) business days from the date of approval of the refund request. However, the actual credit of the refunded amount to the customer's bank account, card, wallet or other payment instrument shall remain subject to the processing timelines, policies and procedures of the concerned bank, payment gateway, financial institution or payment service provider.

The customer acknowledges and agrees that the approval of a refund request does not automatically entitle the customer to a refund of the entire amount paid. The Company reserves the right to deduct, to the extent permissible under applicable law, the following charges before processing the refund:

  • Payment gateway charges and banking charges;
  • Shipping, courier and logistics charges;
  • Cash‑on‑Delivery (COD) handling charges;
  • Customs duties, taxes or levies, if applicable;
  • Administrative and processing charges;
  • Charges incurred for procurement of customized products or services;
  • Any other actual expenses reasonably incurred by the Company in relation to the order or service.

Refunds shall not be processed in the following circumstances:

  • The refund request does not satisfy the conditions prescribed under this Policy;
  • The customer fails to provide necessary documents, information or proof required for verification;
  • The request is fraudulent, abusive or made in bad faith;
  • The product or service is expressly categorized as non‑refundable under this Policy;
  • The customer has initiated a chargeback or payment dispute without first contacting the Company for resolution.

Where the Company determines that a refund has been issued erroneously, excessively or due to a technical or clerical error, the Company reserves the right to recover such amount from the customer by any lawful means available.

The Company may, at its sole discretion and depending upon the nature of the transaction, provide the refund in the form of:

  • Refund to the original payment method;
  • Store credit;
  • Wallet credit;
  • Coupon or promotional credit;
  • Any other alternative remedy deemed appropriate by the Company.

The customer is advised to retain all transaction details, invoices, order confirmations and payment receipts until the refund process has been fully completed.

Any refund granted by the Company under this Policy shall not constitute an admission of liability, deficiency in service or acceptance of any claim by the customer and shall be processed strictly in accordance with the terms and conditions contained herein.

8. Duplicate or Failed Transactions

Purohit Baba™ endeavors to provide a secure and seamless payment experience to its customers. However, due to technical issues, network interruptions, server errors, banking delays, payment gateway failures, or other unforeseen circumstances, there may be instances where a payment transaction is duplicated, fails, remains pending, or is debited from the customer's account without successful order confirmation.

In the event that the customer is charged more than once for the same order, service, or transaction due to a technical error or system malfunction, the excess amount received by the Company shall be refunded in full after verification of the transaction.

Before initiating a second payment attempt, customers are strongly advised to verify whether the amount has already been debited from their bank account, card, wallet, UPI account, or other payment instrument.

If the amount has been debited but no order confirmation has been received, the customer should immediately contact the Company's customer support team and provide the following information:

  • Order reference number, if available;
  • Transaction ID or UTR number;
  • Date and time of the transaction;
  • Screenshot or proof of payment;
  • Registered mobile number and email address.

The Company reserves the right to verify the payment details with the concerned payment gateway, banking institution, or financial service provider before processing any refund.

In the event of a payment failure where the amount has been debited from the customer's account but has not been received by the Company, the transaction shall be governed by the policies and settlement timelines of the concerned bank or payment service provider. In such cases, the Company shall reasonably assist the customer in resolving the issue but shall not be held liable for delays caused by banks, payment gateways, card networks, UPI systems, or third‑party payment intermediaries.

Where a duplicate payment or excess payment has been successfully verified, the refund shall ordinarily be processed within seven (7) to ten (10) business days or within such other period as may be required by the concerned banking institution or payment service provider.

The Company reserves the right to reject any claim relating to duplicate or failed transactions where:

  • The customer fails to provide adequate proof of payment;
  • The transaction cannot be verified from the Company's records or payment gateway records;
  • The claim is fraudulent, misleading, or made in bad faith;
  • The amount claimed has already been refunded or reversed by the bank or payment gateway.

The customer acknowledges and agrees that any delay in the credit of refunded amounts due to inter‑bank processing timelines, payment gateway procedures, technical issues, or regulatory requirements shall be beyond the reasonable control of the Company.

Nothing contained in this Clause shall limit the Company's right to recover any amount that has been inadvertently or erroneously refunded to the customer due to a technical, clerical, or processing error.

9. Incorrect Information Provided by Customer

The customer is solely responsible for ensuring that all information, data, documents and details submitted while placing an order, booking a service, registering an account or making a payment through the Website are true, complete, accurate and up to date.

Purohit Baba™ relies entirely upon the information provided by the customer for the purpose of processing orders, conducting consultations, preparing reports, scheduling Poojas and delivering products and services. Accordingly, the Company shall not be responsible or liable for any loss, delay, error, deficiency, non‑performance or incorrect outcome arising from inaccurate, incomplete or misleading information furnished by the customer.

Without limitation, no refund, replacement, cancellation or compensation shall be granted where the customer has provided:

  • Incorrect birth details, including date of birth, time of birth or place of birth;
  • Incorrect name, gender or other personal information;
  • Incorrect delivery address or pin code;
  • Incorrect email address or mobile number;
  • Incorrect product selection or service selection;
  • Incomplete information required for consultations, reports or Pooja bookings;
  • Incorrect payment details or transaction information;
  • Any false, misleading or fraudulent information.

The customer is advised to carefully review and verify all information before submitting any order, service request or booking through the Website.

Where a customer identifies an error in the information submitted, the customer must immediately notify the Company through the prescribed customer support channels. The Company may, at its sole discretion and subject to operational feasibility, permit correction of such information if the order or service has not yet been processed, assigned, dispatched or substantially performed.

Once a consultation has commenced, a report has been generated, a Pandit has been assigned, a product has been dispatched, or a service has otherwise been initiated on the basis of the information provided by the customer, the Company shall have no obligation to modify, replace, repeat or refund the service or order due to any incorrect information supplied by the customer.

The customer acknowledges and agrees that any consequences arising from the submission of incorrect, incomplete or misleading information shall be borne entirely by the customer, and the Company shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental or consequential losses resulting therefrom.

The Company reserves the right to suspend, cancel or refuse any order, booking or service if it reasonably believes that the information provided by the customer is false, misleading, fraudulent or submitted in violation of applicable laws or the Company's Terms and Conditions.

10. Limitation of Liability

The products and services made available through Purohit Baba™ are intended solely for spiritual, religious, informational and guidance purposes. The Company does not provide medical, legal, financial, psychological, investment or any other professional advice, and nothing contained on the Website shall be construed as a substitute for professional consultation or treatment.

The customer expressly acknowledges and agrees that Astrology, Numerology, Vastu, Gemstone Recommendations, Pooja Services and other spiritual services are based upon traditional beliefs, interpretations, individual expertise and personal experiences. Accordingly, the Company does not make any representation, warranty or guarantee regarding:

  • the accuracy, completeness or reliability of any prediction, recommendation or consultation;
  • the achievement of any particular outcome, benefit or result;
  • improvement in health, wealth, relationships, career, business or any other aspect of life;
  • the effectiveness or suitability of any spiritual remedy, gemstone, Rudraksha, Yantra or other product purchased through the Website.

To the maximum extent permitted under applicable law, Purohit Baba™, its partners, directors, employees, consultants, agents, affiliates and service providers shall not be liable for any:

  • direct, indirect, incidental, consequential or special damages;
  • loss of profits, revenue, business opportunities or goodwill;
  • emotional distress, disappointment or mental anguish;
  • loss of data, information or business interruption;
  • personal decisions, actions or omissions taken by the customer based upon any consultation, report, recommendation or product purchased through the Website.

The Company shall further not be liable for any delay, interruption, failure of performance or non‑availability of the Website, products or services arising from:

  • technical failures;
  • internet disruptions;
  • payment gateway issues;
  • acts or omissions of third‑party service providers;
  • governmental actions;
  • force majeure events; or
  • any circumstances beyond the reasonable control of the Company.

The customer acknowledges that the use of the Website, products and services is entirely voluntary and at the customer's sole discretion and risk.

Notwithstanding anything contained herein, and to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the aggregate liability of Purohit Baba™ arising out of or in connection with any product, service, transaction or claim shall, in no event, exceed the amount actually paid by the customer to the Company for the specific product or service giving rise to such claim.

Nothing contained in this Policy shall exclude or limit any liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

11. Company's Right to Refuse Refund

Notwithstanding anything contained elsewhere in this Policy, Purohit Baba™ reserves the absolute and discretionary right to reject, refuse, withhold or deny any request for return, replacement, cancellation or refund where the Company reasonably believes that the request does not satisfy the conditions prescribed under this Policy or is otherwise inconsistent with applicable laws, the Terms and Conditions of the Website or the legitimate interests of the Company.

Without limitation, the Company may refuse a refund request under any of the following circumstances:

  • The customer has purchased an incorrect product or booked an incorrect service due to his or her own mistake;
  • The claim is fraudulent, malicious, abusive or made in bad faith;
  • The customer has violated the Terms and Conditions, Privacy Policy or any other policy of the Website;
  • The Company reasonably suspects misuse of the refund mechanism, repeated refund requests, unauthorized transactions or any activity intended to cause loss or damage to the Company.

The Company further reserves the right to refuse a refund where:

  • The customer has availed or substantially consumed the service;
  • A consultation has been completed or partially rendered;
  • A report has been generated or delivered;
  • A Pandit has been assigned and arrangements for a Pooja have commenced;
  • The customer has initiated a chargeback, payment dispute or legal proceedings without first providing the Company a reasonable opportunity to investigate and resolve the issue.

In the event that a refund request is rejected, the Company may, at its sole discretion and without any obligation to do so, offer an alternative remedy including replacement, rescheduling, store credit, wallet credit or any other reasonable solution deemed appropriate under the circumstances.

The decision of Purohit Baba™ with respect to the acceptance, rejection or resolution of any return, replacement, cancellation or refund request shall be made in good faith after considering the facts and circumstances of each case and shall be final and binding, subject to the rights and remedies available to the customer under applicable consumer protection laws.

Purohit Baba™ is committed to ensuring that customers receive genuine products in proper condition and in accordance with the orders placed through the Website. 15. Inspection and Verification

Purohit Baba™ reserves the right to inspect, investigate and verify all requests relating to returns, replacements, cancellations, refunds, payment disputes and any other claims submitted by customers under this Policy.

  • Physically inspect the returned product;
  • Verify the condition, authenticity and completeness of the product;
  • Conduct internal investigations regarding payment disputes, duplicate transactions or suspected misuse;
  • Seek clarification from courier partners, payment gateways, banks or third‑party service providers;
  • Request additional evidence whenever deemed necessary.

Any return, refund, replacement or cancellation request may be rejected if:

  • The evidence submitted by the customer is insufficient or inconsistent;

The Company shall determine the eligibility of any claim based on the information, documents and evidence available at the time of investigation. The decision of the Company with respect to the approval, rejection or resolution of any claim shall be made in good faith and shall be final and binding, subject to the rights and remedies available to the customer under applicable laws.

Nothing contained herein shall obligate the Company to approve any claim solely because a request has been submitted by the customer. Submission of a claim does not automatically entitle the customer to a refund, replacement, compensation or any other remedy unless the claim is duly verified and approved by the Company.

16. Chargeback and Payment Disputes

Purohit Baba™ is committed to resolving all genuine payment‑related concerns in a fair, transparent and efficient manner. Customers are encouraged to contact the Company's customer support team before initiating any chargeback, payment dispute, reversal request or complaint with their bank, credit card issuer, payment gateway or any other financial institution.

A "Chargeback" shall mean any request initiated by the customer through a bank, credit card company, payment service provider or any other financial institution seeking reversal, cancellation or recovery of a payment made to the Company.

  • The customer's account;
  • Pending orders or bookings;
  • Access to services and digital products;
  • Wallet balances, credits or promotional benefits;
