Cancellation by Registrant
1. Kundali Services
- 100% refund if cancellation is made within 24 hours of booking.
- No refund after 24 hours from the date of booking.
2. Puja Services
- 80% refund if cancelled before 48 hours of the service date (administrative costs apply).
- 50% refund if cancelled before 24 hours of the service date.
- No refund within 24 hours of the service date.
3. Puja Items and Products
- 90% refund if cancelled before 72 hours of service (administrative costs apply).
- 80% refund if cancelled before 48 hours.
- 60% refund if cancelled before 24 hours.
- No refund within 24 hours of service date.
4. Puja Yatra / Travelling Services
- Non-refundable in most cases.
- 80% refund if cancelled before 48 hours (administrative costs apply).
- 50% refund if cancelled before 24 hours.
- No refund within 24 hours of service date.
Cancellation requests must be made via email or calls using the registered email address only. Refunds will only cover the actual amount paid (excluding benefits/promotions) and will be processed within 24 hours to 15 days back to the original payment method.
In case of fraudulent transactions, the Company reserves the right to cancel services and issue refunds accordingly. No refund is provided if the customer cancels the Puja after the priest arrives on time.
Return Policy
Our return policy is designed to ensure your satisfaction while respecting the spiritual and customized nature of the services and products we offer:
- Puja Items & Products: Return requests must be initiated within 2 days of delivery. Items must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging. Once approved, customers can receive either a replacement or a refund as per the terms above.
- Non-Returnable Items: Customized or perishable items such as specific Puja products, Prasad, or items energized for rituals cannot be returned.
- Damaged/Incorrect Items: If you receive damaged or incorrect items, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with photographs and order details. We will process replacements or refunds promptly.
- Return Process: To initiate a return, email us at the registered email address used for the original order, along with the order details, reason, and proof (if applicable).
- Refund Method: Refunds for approved returns will be processed back to the original payment method within 7-15 working days after receipt and inspection of the returned item.
Please note: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to an error or damage from our side.
