1. Introduction and Applicability

This Shipping, Delivery, Return and Exchange Policy ("Policy") governs the shipping, delivery, cancellation, return, replacement and exchange of physical products sold through Purohit Baba™, owned and operated by NEELASTRO LLP.

This Policy applies exclusively to physical products offered through the Platform, including but not limited to Rudraksha, Gemstones, Energized Products, Yantras, Brass Statues, Vastu Products, Pooja Samagri, Spiritual Accessories, Religious Articles and any other physical products that may be introduced by Purohit Baba™ from time to time.

This Policy does not apply to Astrology Consultation Services, Numerology Services, Kundli Services, Horoscope Services, Pooja Booking Services, Online Pandit Booking Services, Reports, Digital Products, Subscription Services or any other service- based offerings unless expressly stated otherwise.

By placing an order, making a payment or purchasing any product through the Platform, the customer expressly acknowledges that he or she has read, understood and agreed to this Shipping, Delivery, Return and Exchange Policy and shall be bound by its terms and conditions.

Purohit Baba™ reserves the right to amend, modify, update or replace this Policy at any time in accordance with applicable laws, business requirements and operational needs. Any changes to this Policy shall become effective immediately upon publication on the Platform unless otherwise specified.

In the event of any inconsistency between this Policy and any product- specific terms, promotional offers, special conditions or campaign terms published on the Platform, the specific terms applicable to such product or offer shall prevail to the extent of such inconsistency.

2. Order Processing, Shipping and Delivery

All orders placed through Purohit Baba™ are subject to product availability, successful payment confirmation, fraud verification and acceptance by the Company.

Upon successful receipt of an order, the customer may receive an order confirmation through Email, SMS, WhatsApp Message, In- App Notification or any other communication channel made available by the Platform. Such confirmation shall only acknowledge receipt of the order request and shall not constitute acceptance of the order by the Company.

Orders are generally processed within one (1) to seven (7) business days from the date of successful payment confirmation. However, processing timelines may vary depending upon product availability, order volume, customization requirements, quality checks, public holidays, festivals, natural calamities, transportation disruptions, government restrictions or other circumstances beyond the reasonable control of Purohit Baba™.

Certain products including Energized Rudraksha, Energized Gemstones, Customized Products, Personalized Products, Consecrated Products, Made- to- Order Products and specially sourced products may require additional processing time before dispatch.

Purohit Baba™ may use third- party courier companies, logistics providers and shipping partners for delivery of products. Delivery timelines displayed on the Platform are estimated timelines only and shall not be construed as guaranteed delivery commitments.

The Company shall make reasonable efforts to ensure timely dispatch and delivery of products; however, Purohit Baba™ shall not be liable for delays caused by courier companies, transportation issues, weather conditions, public holidays, strikes, government actions, customs procedures, force majeure events or any other circumstances beyond the reasonable control of the Company.

Risk of loss and title to products shall pass to the customer upon successful delivery of the shipment to the delivery address provided by the customer.

Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping information including name, mobile number, delivery address, landmark, postal code and other information necessary for successful delivery. Purohit Baba™ shall not be responsible for failed deliveries, delays, additional charges or losses arising from incorrect, incomplete or inaccurate shipping information provided by the customer.

The Company reserves the right to refuse, delay, hold or cancel any shipment where it suspects fraudulent activity, incorrect information, payment issues, regulatory restrictions or any other legitimate reason.

For security and quality assurance purposes, customers are advised to inspect the external condition of the package at the time of delivery and immediately report any signs of tampering, damage or shortage in accordance with this Policy.

3. Order Cancellation Policy

Purohit Baba™ understands that customers may occasionally wish to cancel an order. Accordingly, cancellation requests may be accepted only in accordance with the terms and conditions set forth in this Policy.

Customers may request cancellation of an order only before the order has been processed, packed, customized, energized, assigned for dispatch or handed over to a courier or logistics partner.

Once an order has been processed, packed, dispatched or shipped, cancellation requests shall not be accepted and the order shall be deemed final and non- cancellable.

Orders relating to Customized Products, Personalized Products, Energized Rudraksha, Energized Gemstones, Consecrated Products, Made- to- Order Products, Special Orders and products specifically procured upon customer request shall be non- cancellable immediately upon confirmation of the order and commencement of processing.

Purohit Baba™ reserves the right to refuse or reject any cancellation request where the order has already entered the processing, packaging, quality check, dispatch or shipping stage.

If an order is successfully cancelled before processing and dispatch, the Company may process the eligible refund after deducting applicable payment gateway charges, convenience charges, taxes or other non- refundable charges, if any, to the extent permitted under applicable laws.

The Company reserves the right to cancel any order at its sole discretion in circumstances including product unavailability, pricing errors, technical errors, suspected fraudulent transactions, incorrect customer information, regulatory restrictions, payment failures, force majeure events or any other legitimate business reason.

Where an order is cancelled by Purohit Baba™ due to reasons attributable to the Company, the eligible refund amount shall ordinarily be processed to the original mode of payment in accordance with the Company's refund procedures and the timelines of the respective banks and payment service providers.

Customers shall not initiate chargebacks, payment disputes or payment reversals without first contacting Purohit Baba™ and providing the Company with a reasonable opportunity to investigate and resolve the issue. The Company reserves all rights to contest fraudulent or unjustified chargebacks and to provide transaction records, delivery records and other evidence to banks and payment gateway providers.

Purohit Baba™ reserves the right to restrict, suspend or refuse future orders or services where repeated order cancellations, fraudulent activities, abuse of cancellation policies or misuse of payment systems are detected.

By placing an order through the Platform, the customer acknowledges and agrees to this Order Cancellation Policy and understands that cancellation rights are limited once order processing, customization, energization, packaging or dispatch activities have commenced.

4. No Return Policy and Non-Returnable Products

Considering the spiritual, religious, natural, customized and personalized nature of certain products offered through the Platform, Purohit Baba™ follows a strict No Return Policy for specified categories of products in order to maintain product authenticity, hygiene, sanctity, quality standards and to prevent misuse, substitution, tampering and fraudulent return activities.

Unless expressly stated otherwise in this Policy, all sales made through the Platform shall be considered final and products shall not be eligible for return merely on the grounds of change of mind, dislike of the product, personal preference, expectation mismatch, delay caused by third- party courier partners or any other reason not attributable to Purohit Baba™.

The following products shall be strictly non- returnable, non- exchangeable and non- refundable, except where the Company expressly approves a replacement in accordance with this Policy:

  • Rudraksha, Energized Rudraksha, Gemstones, Energized Gemstones, Yantras, Energized Yantras, Brass Statues, Vastu Products, Pooja Samagri, Spiritual Products, Consecrated Products, Customized Products, Personalized Products, Made- to- Order Products, Products procured on special customer request, Opened Products, Used Products, Products without original packaging, Products with removed tags or labels, Products without original certificates, Products showing signs of usage, Products damaged after delivery, Products altered by the customer and products specifically marked as "Non- Returnable" on the Platform.

Customers acknowledge and agree that natural products including Rudraksha, Gemstones, Brass Statues and certain Vastu Products may exhibit natural variations in colour, texture, shape, size, inclusions, grains, polish, weight, finish, appearance and other naturally occurring characteristics. Such variations are inherent characteristics of natural and handcrafted products and shall not be considered defects, deficiencies or grounds for return, refund or exchange.

For quality assurance and fraud prevention purposes, Purohit Baba™ maintains records relating to product specifications, serial numbers, certificate numbers, product markings, photographs, weights and packaging details wherever applicable. The Company reserves the right to reject any return, replacement or refund request where it reasonably believes that the product has been substituted, tampered with, damaged, altered or misused after delivery.

Customers are advised to carefully read the product description, specifications, dimensions, certification details and usage instructions before placing an order. By completing a purchase, the customer expressly acknowledges and agrees that the products purchased fall under the Company's No Return Policy and that the customer shall not be entitled to return such products except in circumstances specifically provided under this Policy.

Nothing contained in this section shall restrict the rights of customers in cases involving wrong product delivery, manufacturing defects, transit damage or shortages, which shall be governed exclusively by the Replacement Policy contained herein and shall remain subject to verification and approval by Purohit Baba™.

5. Replacement and Exchange Policy

Purohit Baba™ follows a limited Replacement and Exchange Policy in order to protect customers against genuine delivery issues while also safeguarding the Company from fraudulent claims, product substitution, tampering and misuse.

Replacement or exchange requests shall be accepted only in the following circumstances:

  • Wrong Product Delivered
  • Incorrect Quantity Delivered
  • Product Received in Damaged Condition due to transit
  • Product Received in Defective Condition due to manufacturing defects
  • Product Missing from Shipment
  • Product materially different from the description displayed on the Platform

Replacement or exchange requests shall not be accepted in circumstances including change of mind, dislike of the product, personal preferences, expectation mismatch, natural variations in colour, texture, shape, size or appearance of natural products, incorrect product selection by the customer, improper handling after delivery, normal wear and tear, damage caused by the customer, unauthorized alterations, misuse of the product or failure to follow product instructions.

Customers seeking replacement or exchange must notify Purohit Baba™ within forty- eight (48) hours from the date and time of delivery of the shipment. Claims submitted after the expiry of the prescribed period may be rejected at the sole discretion of the Company.

To initiate a replacement or exchange request, the customer must provide:

  • Order Number
  • Delivery Details
  • Clear Photographs of the Product
  • Clear Photographs of the Product Packaging
  • Shipping Label Details
  • An uninterrupted Unboxing Video starting from the opening of the sealed package until the complete inspection of the product

The unboxing video requirement is mandatory for claims involving damaged products, missing products, wrong products, defective products or shortage of items. Failure to provide the required evidence may result in rejection of the replacement or exchange request.

Purohit Baba™ reserves the right to verify the authenticity of every claim and may inspect Product Weight, Product Dimensions, Product Photographs, Serial Numbers, Certificate Numbers, QR Codes, Batch Numbers, Packaging Details and any other identifying information before approving a replacement or exchange.

The Company may reject any replacement or exchange request where it reasonably believes that:

  • the product has been substituted
  • the product has been tampered with
  • the product has been intentionally damaged
  • false information has been provided
  • fraudulent activities have been attempted
  • supporting evidence is insufficient or the claim otherwise violates this Policy

Where a replacement request is approved, Purohit Baba™ may, at its sole discretion:

  • replace the product with the same product
  • replace the product with an equivalent product
  • issue store credit
  • provide another suitable resolution or issue a refund only where replacement is not possible

The decision of Purohit Baba™ regarding approval, rejection or resolution of any replacement or exchange request shall be final and binding, subject to applicable laws.

Products approved for replacement or exchange must be returned in their original condition together with original packaging, authenticity certificates, invoices, tags, accessories, complimentary items and all accompanying materials, failing which the Company may reject the claim.

Purohit Baba™ reserves the right to refuse future replacement or exchange requests and may suspend or restrict customer accounts where repeated fraudulent claims, excessive replacement requests, chargeback abuse, return abuse or misuse of this Policy is detected.

By placing an order through the Platform, the customer acknowledges and agrees to this Replacement and Exchange Policy and understands that replacement and exchange rights are limited and subject to verification and approval by Purohit Baba™.

6. Refund Policy

Purohit Baba™ follows a limited refund policy in order to ensure fair treatment of customers while protecting the Company from fraudulent claims, payment disputes, product substitution and misuse of refund mechanisms.

Unless expressly stated otherwise in this Policy, all sales made through the Platform shall be deemed final and customers shall not be entitled to refunds merely on the grounds of change of mind, personal preference, expectation mismatch, incorrect product selection, delay caused by third- party courier partners or any reason not attributable to Purohit Baba™.

Refunds may be considered only in the following circumstances:

  • Order cancelled by Purohit Baba™ before dispatch
  • Product becomes unavailable after successful payment
  • Duplicate payment or excess payment made by the customer
  • Wrong product delivered and replacement is not possible
  • Damaged product delivered and replacement is not possible
  • Manufacturing defect verified by Purohit Baba™ and replacement is not possible
  • Order lost in transit and replacement is not feasible
  • Any other circumstance where the Company expressly agrees to issue a refund

Refunds shall not be issued in the following circumstances:

  • Change of mind after placing an order
  • Dissatisfaction arising from personal preferences
  • Natural variations in Rudraksha, Gemstones, Brass Statues or other natural products
  • Delay caused by courier companies
  • Refusal to accept delivery without valid reason
  • Incorrect shipping information provided by the customer
  • Products returned without authorization
  • Products found to be tampered with, substituted or damaged by the customer
  • Products marked as non-returnable or non-refundable
  • Claims unsupported by sufficient evidence

Where a refund request is approved, the refund shall ordinarily be processed to the original mode of payment used by the customer at the time of placing the order. Purohit Baba™ does not ordinarily process refunds to third- party bank accounts, wallets or payment methods.

Refund processing timelines may vary depending upon the payment method, banking procedures, payment gateway processing timelines and regulatory requirements. While the Company shall make reasonable efforts to initiate approved refunds promptly, actual credit timelines may depend upon the policies and procedures of the respective banks and payment service providers.

Any shipping charges, convenience fees, payment gateway charges, cash- on- delivery charges, handling charges, packaging charges, taxes or other non- refundable charges incurred by the Company may be deducted from the refund amount to the extent permitted under applicable laws.

Customers shall not initiate chargebacks, payment reversals or payment disputes directly with banks or payment service providers without first contacting Purohit Baba™ and providing the Company with a reasonable opportunity to investigate and resolve the matter.

Purohit Baba™ reserves the right to contest fraudulent or unjustified chargebacks and may provide transaction records, delivery confirmations, communication records, photographs, product details, tracking information and other supporting evidence to banks, payment gateways and regulatory authorities for the purpose of defending its interests.

The Company reserves the right to refuse, reject, restrict or suspend refund requests where it reasonably believes that the customer has engaged in fraudulent activity, abuse of refund policies, repeated chargeback disputes, product substitution, misuse of services or any conduct prejudicial to the legitimate interests of Purohit Baba™.

By placing an order through the Platform, the customer expressly acknowledges and agrees to this Refund Policy and understands that refunds are limited, conditional and subject to verification and approval by Purohit Baba™ in accordance with this Policy and applicable laws.

7. Refusal of Delivery and Return-to-Origin (RTO) Policy

Customers are responsible for accepting delivery of orders placed through the Platform and for ensuring that accurate and complete delivery information is provided at the time of placing an order.

If a customer refuses to accept delivery of a shipment without a valid reason, remains unavailable for delivery despite repeated attempts by the courier partner, provides an incorrect or incomplete delivery address, fails to collect the shipment from the designated pickup location or otherwise causes the shipment to be returned to the Company, the shipment may be treated as a Return- to- Origin ("RTO") shipment.

In the event of an RTO shipment, Purohit Baba™ reserves the right to deduct actual shipping charges, reverse logistics charges, handling charges, packaging charges, payment gateway charges, cash- on- delivery charges, taxes and any other costs incurred by the Company before processing any eligible refund.

For products categorized as Non- Returnable, Non- Refundable, Customized, Personalized, Energized, Consecrated or Made- to- Order Products, including but not limited to Rudraksha, Energized Rudraksha, Gemstones, Energized Gemstones, Yantras, Brass Statues, Vastu Products and Pooja Samagri, the Company reserves the right to refuse any refund if the shipment is returned due to refusal of delivery, customer unavailability or incorrect delivery information provided by the customer.

If the customer wishes to have an RTO shipment re- dispatched, the customer may be required to pay additional shipping charges, handling charges and any other applicable charges before the order is re- shipped.

Purohit Baba™ reserves the right to cancel future orders, refuse Cash- on- Delivery facilities, restrict payment methods, suspend customer accounts or take other appropriate measures where repeated refusal of deliveries, repeated RTO incidents, abuse of shipping policies or fraudulent conduct is detected.

The Company shall not be liable for any delay, deterioration, damage or loss arising from the customer's refusal to accept delivery, failure to provide accurate delivery information or failure to cooperate with delivery attempts made by the courier partner.

By placing an order through the Platform, the customer expressly acknowledges and agrees that refusal of delivery, repeated delivery failures and Return- to- Origin shipments may result in additional charges, forfeiture of shipping charges, denial of refunds in certain circumstances and other actions permitted under this Policy and applicable laws.

By contacting Purohit Baba™ regarding any shipping, delivery, return, replacement, exchange or refund matter, the customer acknowledges and agrees that the Company may collect, record, store and process the information shared during such communications for customer support, verification, fraud prevention, dispute resolution, legal compliance, quality assurance and service improvement purposes.

10. Force Majeure

Purohit Baba™ shall not be liable for any failure, delay, interruption, deficiency or inability to process, ship, deliver, replace, exchange or refund any order if such failure, delay or inability arises directly or indirectly due to any event, circumstance or cause beyond the reasonable control of the Company.

Such events may include, without limitation, acts of God, floods, earthquakes, cyclones, storms, lightning, fires, epidemics, pandemics, public health emergencies, war, terrorism, riots, civil disturbances, strikes, lockouts, labour disputes, transportation disruptions, governmental actions, changes in laws or regulations, embargoes, internet failures, telecommunication failures, cyber- attacks, hacking incidents, malware, server failures, data center outages, payment gateway failures, banking system failures, courier partner failures, customs restrictions, import or export restrictions, shortages of raw materials, shortages of products, interruptions in supply chains or any other unforeseen event beyond the reasonable control of Purohit Baba™.

During the continuance of any Force Majeure event, Purohit Baba™ shall have the right to suspend, postpone, restrict, modify or cancel the processing, shipment, delivery, replacement, exchange or refund of any order without incurring any liability towards any customer or third party.

Where an order cannot be fulfilled due to a Force Majeure event, the Company may, at its sole discretion, provide an alternative resolution including delayed delivery, replacement with an equivalent product, issuance of store credit, cancellation of the order or refund, subject to the circumstances of the particular case and applicable laws.

Purohit Baba™ shall make reasonable efforts to resume normal operations and fulfil its obligations as soon as reasonably practicable after the cessation of the Force Majeure event. However, the Company does not guarantee uninterrupted availability of products, services, shipping facilities or delivery timelines during or following such events.

Customers acknowledge and agree that Purohit Baba™ shall not be responsible or liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary or punitive losses, damages, expenses, claims or liabilities arising out of or in connection with any Force Majeure event or any delay, interruption, suspension, cancellation or failure resulting therefrom.

Nothing contained in this clause shall affect any rights or obligations that have accrued prior to the occurrence of the Force Majeure event to the extent that such rights and obligations are capable of being performed despite the occurrence of such event.

11. Governing Law, Jurisdiction and Dispute Resolution

This Shipping, Delivery, Return, Replacement and Refund Policy shall be governed by, construed and interpreted in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to any conflict of law principles.

Any dispute, controversy, claim or disagreement arising out of or in connection with the purchase of products, shipment, delivery, return, replacement, exchange, refund, interpretation of this Policy or the rights and obligations of the parties hereunder shall, to the extent possible, be resolved amicably through mutual discussions and good faith negotiations between the customer and Purohit Baba™.

Customers are encouraged to contact the Company and provide a reasonable opportunity to investigate and resolve any complaint, claim or dispute before initiating any legal proceedings, chargebacks or proceedings before any authority.

In the event that any dispute cannot be resolved amicably within a reasonable period of time, such dispute shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts located at Nawada, Bihar, India, and the customer hereby irrevocably submits to the jurisdiction of such courts.

Nothing contained in this Policy shall prevent Purohit Baba™ from seeking interim relief, injunctive relief, recovery proceedings or any other appropriate remedy before any court, tribunal or authority having competent jurisdiction for the protection of its rights, business interests, intellectual property, confidential information or for the recovery of dues and losses arising from fraudulent activities, chargeback abuse, product substitution or misuse of this Policy.

If any provision of this Policy is held to be invalid, illegal or unenforceable by any court, tribunal or competent authority, such provision shall, to the extent of such invalidity or unenforceability, be deemed severed from this Policy and the remaining provisions shall continue to remain valid, binding and enforceable to the fullest extent permitted by law.

By placing an order through the Platform, the customer expressly acknowledges that he or she has read, understood and agreed to be bound by this Governing Law, Jurisdiction and Dispute Resolution clause and agrees that all disputes shall be governed by the laws of India and subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Nawada, Bihar, India.

12. Electronic Records and Electronic Acceptance

This Shipping, Delivery, Return, Replacement and Refund Policy is an electronic record in terms of the Information Technology Act, 2000, the applicable rules framed thereunder and the provisions relating to electronic records as amended from time to time. This electronic record is generated by a computer system and does not require any physical or digital signatures.

By accessing, browsing, registering on, placing an order, making a payment, purchasing any product or otherwise using the Platform, the customer expressly acknowledges and agrees that all records, communications, notices, disclosures, invoices, consents, approvals and agreements may be created, executed, delivered and maintained in electronic form.

The customer further agrees that any consent, acceptance, approval, authorization, acknowledgement or agreement provided electronically, including by clicking an acceptance button, selecting a checkbox, placing an order, making a payment, creating an account or continuing to use the Platform, shall constitute a valid and legally binding acceptance of this Policy and any amendments thereto.

Electronic communications sent by Purohit Baba™ shall be deemed to have been received by the customer when such communication is sent to the registered email address, registered mobile number, registered WhatsApp number, user account or any other contact details provided by the customer.

The customer agrees that electronic records maintained by Purohit Baba™, including order confirmations, invoices, payment confirmations, shipping records, delivery confirmations, communications, replacement requests, refund records and dispute records, shall be admissible as evidence and shall have the same legal effect and enforceability as physical documents to the maximum extent permitted under applicable laws.

The customer is responsible for maintaining accurate and updated contact information and Purohit Baba™ shall not be responsible for any loss, delay or failure in communication arising due to inaccurate, incomplete or outdated information provided by the customer.

By placing an order through the Platform, the customer expressly acknowledges, understands and agrees to transact electronically with Purohit Baba™ and consents to the creation, use, storage and retention of electronic records and electronic communications in accordance with this Policy and applicable laws.

13. Changes to This Policy

Purohit Baba™ reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to modify, amend, update, revise, replace or discontinue this Shipping, Delivery, Return, Replacement and Refund Policy, in whole or in part, at any time and without prior notice, in order to reflect changes in business practices, operational requirements, legal obligations, regulatory requirements, technological developments, product offerings, shipping arrangements or any other legitimate business needs.

The Company may update this Policy from time to time for various reasons including changes in applicable laws and regulations, changes in courier or logistics arrangements, introduction of new products or services, changes in payment processes, modifications to return or replacement procedures, implementation of fraud prevention measures or any other circumstances that may require revision of this Policy.

Any amendment, modification or update to this Policy shall become effective immediately upon being published on the Platform unless otherwise expressly stated by Purohit Baba™.

Where required under applicable laws or where the Company considers it appropriate, customers may also be notified regarding material changes to this Policy through Email, SMS, WhatsApp Messages, Push Notifications, In- App Notifications, Website Notices or any other communication method deemed appropriate by the Company.

The date appearing under the heading "Last Updated" at the beginning of this Policy shall indicate the date on which the latest modifications were made.

Customers are encouraged to periodically review this Policy to remain informed regarding the Company's shipping practices, delivery procedures, cancellation rules, return restrictions, replacement procedures and refund terms.

Continued access to or use of the Platform, continued placement of orders or continued purchase of products after any amendment, modification or update to this Policy shall constitute the customer's acknowledgment, acceptance and agreement to be bound by the revised Policy.

If a customer does not agree with any amendment, modification or update to this Policy, the customer should discontinue using the Platform and refrain from placing further orders through the Platform.

14. Entire Agreement and No Waiver

This Shipping, Delivery, Return, Replacement and Refund Policy, together with the Terms and Conditions, Privacy Policy, Disclaimer, Product- Specific Terms, Order Confirmations and any other policies, notices, guidelines or agreements published by Purohit Baba™ from time to time, constitutes the complete and entire agreement between the customer and Purohit Baba™ with respect to shipping, delivery, cancellation, return, replacement, exchange and refund of products purchased through the Platform and supersedes all prior or contemporaneous communications, representations, understandings, negotiations and agreements, whether oral or written, relating to the subject matter herein.

No failure, delay or omission by Purohit Baba™ in exercising any right, power, privilege or remedy under this Policy or under applicable laws shall operate as a waiver thereof, nor shall any single or partial exercise of any such right, power, privilege or remedy prevent any further or other exercise thereof.

Any waiver of any provision of this Policy shall be effective only if made in writing and expressly approved by an authorized representative of Purohit Baba™. Any waiver granted in a particular instance shall not be construed as a continuing waiver or as a waiver of any other provision or any subsequent breach of the same provision.

If Purohit Baba™ chooses not to enforce any provision of this Policy in a particular case, such decision shall not constitute a waiver of the Company's right to enforce such provision or any other provision at a later time.

The rights and remedies available to Purohit Baba™ under this Policy are cumulative and are in addition to, and not in substitution for, any rights or remedies available under applicable laws.

Nothing contained in this Policy shall be interpreted as limiting, excluding or waiving any rights, protections or remedies available to Purohit Baba™ under applicable laws or equity.

By placing an order through the Platform, the customer acknowledges and agrees that this Policy, together with all other applicable policies of Purohit Baba™, represents the entire understanding between the customer and the Company regarding shipping, delivery, cancellation, return, replacement and refund matters and that no statement, representation or promise not expressly contained herein shall be binding upon Purohit Baba™.

15. Effective Date and Acknowledgement

This Shipping, Delivery, Return, Replacement and Refund Policy shall become effective from 05 July 2026 and shall remain in force until amended, modified, replaced or withdrawn by Purohit Baba™ in accordance with the provisions contained herein.

This Policy constitutes a legally binding agreement between the customer and NEELASTRO LLP, operating under the brand name Purohit Baba™, with respect to all matters relating to shipping, delivery, cancellation, return, replacement, exchange and refund of products purchased through the Platform.
